Austin is one of the fastest-moving real estate markets in the United States โ with thousands of agents fighting for the same buyer attention. Brijesh Patel, an engineer-turned-realtor with a sharp analytical edge, came to us with a clear ambition: build a digital presence that earned trust the moment a prospect landed on the homepage.
BMR โ short for Beat the Market Reliably โ needed more than a brochure site. It needed a working platform: a property listings engine, neighborhood discovery, lead capture across phone, WhatsApp and email, real-time Google Reviews, side-by-side property comparison, and a self-service workflow so Brijesh could publish new listings without a developer in the loop.

Brijesh needed to publish listings on his own โ with rich attributes for price, monthly mortgage, beds, baths, lot size, residential type, status labels (Sold / Coming Soon), and image galleries โ without touching code.
Neighborhood-First Discovery
Austin buyers don't search "houses for sale" โ they search "Senna Hills", "Bee Cave", "West Lake". We needed a taxonomy that surfaced properties by neighborhood and a navigation that respected how locals actually shop.

We mapped Brijesh's value proposition โ engineer-turned-realtor, fiduciary agent, deeply local โ against the language Austin buyers actually use. We audited 30+ competing realtor sites to find the trust gaps and design clichรฉs we'd avoid.
Information Architecture & Taxonomies
We engineered the property data model โ fields, status labels, neighborhood taxonomy, agent-author relationship โ and laid out a URL structure that read clean for both Google and humans (e.g. /area/senna-hills/, /property/2329-gilia-dr/).
Visual System & UI
We crafted a refined visual identity โ deep navy, warm gold accent, editorial typography โ and designed every key surface: homepage, property card, listing detail, area page, agent profile, listing-creation form, and login states.
Custom WordPress Development
We engineered a custom realty theme with Advanced Custom Fields for property attributes, a comparison engine, Google Reviews API integration, role-based dashboards, and self-service listing creation โ all on a stack tuned for speed and editability.
