JT Crop is a fast-growing global agrochemical company with over 25 years of expertise — operating across India, UK, and 10+ European nations. As they rebranded from Widecover to JT Crop, they needed a digital partner who could build and manage a massive multi-regional web ecosystem from scratch.

We designed, developed, and deployed 13 country-specific websites — each personalized in native languages with bilingual support, custom product listing architectures, SEO-optimized taxonomies, and culturally relevant content strategies. From writing every word of content to building robust product catalogs with filterable categories — we handled the entire digital transformation end-to-end.

Phase 01

Discovery & Brand Audit

We began by deeply understanding JT Crop's business model — their rebranding from Widecover, their three subsidiary brands (Cropnosys, JT Agro Limited, JT Agro Europe), target markets in each country, and product portfolio spanning 100+ active ingredients.

Phase 02

Information Architecture & Taxonomy Design

Designed the global site structure — defining URL hierarchies, product category taxonomies, service page layouts, and multilingual content schemas. Built SEO-optimized taxonomies for product categories with hreflang implementation across all 13 domains.

Phase 03

Custom Design & Development

Designed and developed each website with custom WordPress themes — mega navigation menus, interactive hero sections, animated product carousels, global location switchers, and responsive layouts. The India and UK sites received the most robust treatment.

Phase 04

Content Creation & Localization
